Getting Started

How do I subscribe to Trendy Baby Box?

Subscribing is easy. Visit our Subscription plan page and pick the option that best suits you.

What type of items can I expect in my Trendy Baby Box?

Each month, you will receive between 3 -5 individual items that together will make an entire outfit.

All items will be suitable for your baby’s age and gender.

Examples of the types of items you may receive each month are:

  • Shoes / Booties
  • Socks / Tights
  • Vests / Rompers / Onesies
  • Skirts /Dresses
  • Trousers / Leggings
  • Hats / Bows
  • Dribble Bibs / Dummy Straps
  • Coats / Cardigans / Jumpers

 

How much will a Trendy Baby Box subscription cost me?

Our pay monthly subscription box is €42 per month + postage

We also over 4 pre paid subscription box plans which will provide you with up to a 20% saving on the per monthly cost of the box.

Postage will vary depending on your location, as we ship internationally.

Please enter you delivery address at checkout to receive a confirmed postage cost per month.

Are there any hidden costs?

No.

We are upfront and honest with you about the cost of our subscription boxes. We will only ever charge you the cost of your subscription + postage to your location.

 

What Brands do you use?

In order to source and curate the very best baby outfits each month, we would with a large number of suppliers and do not like to limit ourselves to working with just certain brands.

Our aim it to provide you and baby with a practical, cute and stylish outfit each month, whilst helping you to discover new and exciting brands that you won’t find on the high street or in the local mall.

Can I buy just one box?

Sorry but at this time we do not offer the option to buy a one off Trendy Baby Box.

General

What is Trendy Baby Box?

Trendy Baby Box is a European based online subscription box service that caters for babies from the ages on 0 months until 12 months. Providing 3-5 items tailored to the baby’s age and gender to form an outfit every month.

What payment methods are available?

We currently accept the following major credit cards and payment methods:

  • VISA
  • MasterCard
  • American Express
  • Discover
  • PayPal

However, you will not be able to checkout via Amazon when purchasing the MISHIBOX subscription boxes or if your order includes a subscription box in the same transaction. The subscription boxes are processed separately for re-billing purposes.

For PayPal users, please read the following statement from PayPal:

PayPal will always use the PayPal balance in your account first and then default to the next funding source the buyer has setup in their account if the PayPal balance cannot cover the entire payment.

Do you offer free shipping?

No, we do not offer free shipping at this time.

Do you offer discount codes or coupons?

Any discount codes on offer will be displayed on the homepage of our website.

I need to change the shipping address can I?

If you need to change the shipping address for an order that we have already processed, then you must email us to change this on your order to guarantee your box is shipped to the right address. Changing your details within your Trendy Baby box account will only update your details for future orders. We process monthly shipping from the 10th of the month, with boxes dispatched on or after the 25th.

To amend your shipping address for future months, please access your account and amend this under your details

Why can’t I access my account?

Incorrect Email Address at Sign Up

If you have purchased a subscription from Trendy Baby Box and are unable to log into your account, please check your email for a confirmation of your purchase.

If you did not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder. If you still cannot find it, please contact our support team by emailing inf0@trendybabybox.com.

It is possible that the email address had been entered incorrectly during the checkout process.

Incorrect Password

If you did receive the confirmation email, try the “forgot you password” link to reset your password. If you are not receiving an email, please check your spam folder.

No Account Was Created at Time of Purchase (most common)

Please note that if our system says that no account is found related to your email address, most likely you did not create an account when you made your purchase.

Our system does not require you to create an account to make a purchase. However, in order to view your purchase information, you must create an account using the same email address that you used to make that purchase.

Does Trendy Baby Box have an affiliate program

Do you host giveaways?

Yes we do, we have no set number of giveaways or scheduled dates. So be sure to join our newsletter and social media pages to be the first to know when we announce one.

Do you accept returns or offer refunds

Please check out returns policy which will explain how this works.

What if I want to cancel?

So sorry to hear you want to leave! If you want to cancel your monthly subscription, just log into your account and click cancel.

 

You will be sent any remaining boxes per your most recent renewal, but will not be charged again moving forward. This means you will receive all the boxes you have already paid for.

Please note that all re-billing occurs on the 10th of each month, so you should cancel your subscription before the deadline if you do not want to have your subscription renewed.

The deadline to cancel is 11:59 PM GMT on the 9th of the month before the box ships. Any cancellations after this date and time will not be processed in time to cancel the current month’s box.

If your account is currently past due, please contact our support team with your cancellation request at info@trendybabybox.com

PRE PAID SUBSCRIPTIONS

If you have purchased one of our prepaid subscription plans, we will refund you the amount remaining for future boxes not yet received. Cancellation will still need to be before the deadline if you do not wish to receive this month’s box, otherwise we will ship this box and process your cancellation from the following month.

Do you have a referral or rewards scheme?

A Brief Overview of The Trendy Baby Box Referral or Reward Scheme:

We offer all our subscribers the chance to refer friends and earn points towards a free box.

You can find your personalised referral URL within the MyAccount page

For each 3 friends who sign up to Trendy Baby Box we will reward you for your loyalty with a Free box the following month. This is unlimited so the more friends you refer the more free boxes you will get. For more details on Trendy Baby Box Referral or Reward scheme; please see our Refer a Friend page

For those who are looking to work in partnership with Trendy Baby Box and have a blog or website in which they would like to promote our subscription box service to their visitors, you can join our affiliate program.

How to I update my email?

For Subscribers

Please follow the instructions inside you account to amend your email address and then notify us at info@trendybabybox.com so we can ensure you order details are also updated

For Non Subscribers

If you have joined our mailing list, please email info@trendybabybox.com and we will update your details for you so that you will continue to receive our newsletter.

How can I reactivate my subscription?

Congratulations and thanks for coming back!

If you would like to reactivate your subscription, please email us at info@trendybabybox.com and we will be happy to reinstate it for you.

Can I change my credit card information?

Log into your account and click on “Manage Subscriptions”

Click “Billing Information Tab”

Click “Edit Address

Click “Edit Card” to edit your credit card information.

Your trendybabybox.com account must be registered using the same email address as the one you used to purchase your subscription in order to see the “Manage Subscriptions” link. If you are a subscriber and do not see this link, please email us at info@trendybabybox.com and we can get your accounts synced

Am I able to purchase more than one subscription?

Yes you are. Simply go through the same process as you did with your first subscriptions and be sure to use the same email address so that all your subscriptions are on the same account.

Can I change my personal information

Yes you can, simply log into your account with Trendy Baby Box and you will see an address tab and account tab on the left hand side.

To change your name or email please go to the account tab, update the details and click save changed.

To change you address, please do to the address tab, choose whether you wish to amend your billing or shipping address by clicking the little pencil in the box next to the relevant address. Next tick the box to update all your subscriptions with the new details, before clicking on the save address button

PLEASE NOTE: PLEASE CONFIRM that your information has successfully updated on our system (especially shipping address). We are not responsible for any shipping errors if the shipping information is not correctly reflected on your account. If you have trouble updating your information, please email us at info@trendybabybox.com and we can update your information for you.

IMPORTANT:  If you are changing your shipping address for an order that has already been processed, then you must email us to change your shipping address on your order. Changing the shipping address in your profile will only update your shipping address for upcoming orders. Processed means that you have been billed and you have already been assigned an order # (typically on the 1st of the month).

I need to reset my password, how?

Resetting your password is easy!

Just click the “Forgot your password?” link on the Log In page. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

Please note that if it says that no account is found related to your email address, most likely you did not create an account using that email when you purchased your subscription plan. Feel free to email us at info@trendybabybox.com if you have any questions.

Can I skip a month?

Yes, in order to skip a delivery, you must email us at info@trendybabybox.com

Skipping is different from cancelling. Skipping will simply delay your next re-bill date until the next month or whenever you specify to us. Skipping keeps your subscription active.

Cancelling your subscription through your online account will render your subscription inactive and you will no longer receive any boxes other than what you’ve already paid for. Any grandfathered prices will be removed.

As long as you do not cancel your subscription, you will be able to continue your subscription at your original subscription rate.

Once you cancel your subscription the monthly price will increase to whatever the current pricing is set at.

Billing

When it the cut off for processing new subscriptions?

We will post on our website once the current month’s subscription box has been sold out. If you subscribe from this point your first box delivered will be the following month.

When will you charge my credit card?

When you first sign up to Trendy Baby Box, you will be charge immediately for your first month’s box or the subscription plan you have chosen.

We will then process all renewals on the 1st of each month. If you have pre-paid a plan then you will be billed for the shipping of each month’s box on the 1st of the month.

When will you bill me for my monthly reoccurring payment?

We process all renewals and/or postage costs on the 1st of each month.

I have been charged this month, but I didn’t receive a box, why?

Please check the date that you subscribe to Trendy Baby Box. If you have subscribed after our current month’s boxes have been sold out, then you will receive next month’s box as your first.

When you first subscribe you will be charge immediately for the purchase, after receiving your first box you will then be charged on the 1st of each month going forward.

I need to skip a month on my subscription, how can I do this?

If you need to skip a month in your subscription for any reason please email us at info@trendybabybox.com.

Please note that you will need to skip the delivery BEFORE the re-billing date and time. Subscriptions are automatically re-billed on the 1st of each month.

The deadline to skip a delivery is 12.59pm GMT on the 30/31st of the month before the box ships. For example, August 31st is the deadline to skip the September box.

Note: In the event that our prices change, subscription prices will be grandfathered in for all subscribers with active subscriptions who have not canceled more than three deliveries in a twelve month period. Any account with more than three cancellations in a twelve month period will have prices updated to the new pricing unless you have previously emailed us about any extenuating circumstances.

Shipping

When do you ship the boxes?

We ship our boxes every month on or after the 25th.

As we spend time carefully curating each outfit we send, there can be occasions where various logistical factors relating to importing of certain times may mean our shipping date can vary slightly.

As we ship internationally you must allow up to 3 weeks for your box to reach you each month. If you are concerned you haven’t received your box then please contact us at info@trendybabybox.com.

 

 

Which countries do you deliver to?

All Trendy Baby Box subscription boxes are available internationally. We currently ship as standard to:

  • Australia
  • United States
  • Canada
  • United Kingdom
  • Mainland Europe

However we are happy to accept and ship orders to other internationally locations as required. If the country you are located in, does not display, please contact us and we will do our best to get our subscription boxes to you.

Where is my Trendy Baby Box?

We will send you a delivery confirmation by email when your box has been dispatched each month.

Please allow up to 3 weeks for your box to arrive.

If you still have not received your box, please contact us at info@trendybabybox.com and we will investigate as to where your box is.

Please Note:If you need to change the delivery address on your subscription, please ensure you notify us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery confirmation.

If you have updated your delivery address in your account details, please also ensure you have emailed us at info@trendybabybox.com to ensure this has been updated for the next month’s box. Addresses changed on or after 25th of the month, will only be activate from the following month’s delivery.

How long will it take for me to receive my box?

We dispatch all subscription boxes on or after the 25th of the month. Once dispatched you will receive a delivery confirmation notifying you that your subscription box is on its way.

Please allow up to 3 weeks from receiving the delivery confirmation for your box to arrive.

If you still have not received your subscription box, 3 weeks after the delivery confirmation was sent, please email us on info@trendybabybox.com
